As an LWCC agent, when you register for Interactive, you will have access to CompZone - the online business center for agents. CompZone is where you will submit new applications for quotes, work renewal policies, and request endorsements on existing policies. CompZone is also where policies and endorsements are returned to the agent in the form of a pdf.

Agents that have any of the following agency management systems: Applied/WinTams, Saggita, AMS/AFW, AFW Online, Prime, and 360, can upload new business applications directly into the LWCC quoting system thus eliminating the need to double key the information. Agents that do not have one of these systems can easily input their applications directly online. When the application is transmitted/received into the system, it is subjected to a series of rules and edits which the application must pass. Based on agent authority levels, some agents can take small accounts all the way to binding and issuance immediately. Both the agent and underwriter are kept informed of the status by automatic e-mails. When the submission is accepted, both parties have access to the submission via a work queue.
