What is Hi Marley?

At LWCC, we're committed to providing injured workers with the resources and support they need to return them to work and to their lives as quickly and as safely as possible. We've partnered with Hi Marley, a digital communication tool, to make our claims process more efficient and accessible. 

When LWCC receives an accident notice from an employer by way of a filed claim, a Claims Representative is assigned to investigate and manage the claim further. Through Hi Marley, our Claims Representatives have the ability to communicate with injured workers via text message every step of the way to recovery. Once an injured worker agrees to "opt in" to the Hi Marley Terms and Privacy Policy, they can start corresponding via text message with their LWCC Claims Representative. This streamlined communications channel allows injured workers to send in forms, pictures, and updates regarding their medical treatment. Hi Marley is also a great way to coordinate a time when both the injured worker and the Claims Representative are available to talk. Through our Hi Marley integration, we are able to deliver on our mission to better Louisiana one business and one worker at a time.
