LWCC has completed its annual actuarial review and analysis and is pleased to announce an overall rate reduction of 5.6%, effective May 1, 2024. Since our doors opened in 1992, LWCC has reduced rates by 66.8%. Rate changes vary by tier with our preferred tier rates decreasing by 5.7% (state) and 9.1% (federal).
We began accepting submissions for May 1, 2024 on January 2, 2024. You may begin submitting business via CompZone+. Once the information has been entered, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can then proceed to complete the submission and receive a final quote.
Additionally, LWCC has adopted the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) miscellaneous values and the officer and owner payroll limitations for all new and renewal business bound on or after the effective date of May 1, 2024. This information can be found on LWCC Interactive > Agency Info (drop down menu) > Agent Forms > NCCI Miscellaneous Values 2024.
