Health Insurance

  • We offer medical, dental, and vision plan options.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) allow employees to set aside pre-tax money to apply to eligible health care and dependent care expenses.

The LWCC corporate office building in Baton Rouge, LA, is a beautifully designed, modern workspace that is delightful to work in every day. Our LEED Silver Certified facilities showcase energy-saving and sustainable design, featuring eco-safe materials, locally sourced and recycled woods, stains, and paints. Employees enjoy ergonomic sit-to-stand adjustable desks, along with a variety of lounge spaces, private chat rooms, and coworking areas.

Here are a few highlights of working in our office:

  • Our on-site fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment, experienced on-site trainers, and a variety of weekday classes available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • We collaborate with Baton Rouge General to offer low-cost daily hot, healthy lunches.
  • Our café features a variety of communal dining tables and a market stocked with snacks and drinks.
  • Employees enjoy weekly deliveries of fresh, local fruit.
  • We offer a free, secure-entry covered parking garage exclusively for employees, featuring two electric vehicle charging stations.
  • The Foster Learning Center, located on the ground floor of LWCC’s corporate office, is a best-in-class meeting facility that allows LWCC to host departmental and company-wide meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Our mother’s room has a sink and refrigerator for the exclusive use of nursing mothers.

Time & Leave

Hybrid Work Schedule

Our hybrid work model offers employees the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, while fostering in-person collaboration and connectivity at our corporate office from Tuesday to Thursday. Please note that some positions require employees to be onsite daily; refer to individual job descriptions for specific requirements.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We provide a generous PTO program to help employees relax, recharge, and recuperate.

Holidays

We provide employees with seven paid corporate holidays and additional floating holidays annually.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

Service to Louisiana and its communities is central to our company’s mission, and we encourage all employees to volunteer for causes that matter to them through our VTO program. This program provides employees with paid time off annually to serve with Louisiana-based 501(c)(3) organizations.

LWCC’s dedication to service is exemplified by the Louisiana Loyal Service Project, an annual initiative that encourages employees to volunteer for causes they are passionate about while making use of their VTO benefits.

Educational Assistance Plan
