When it comes to promoting and maintaining a safe working environment, communication is key. Fortunately, communication is something that LRC Wireless knows inside and out. What started as a radio communications company in 1947has grown exponentially into a one-stop telecommunications provider servicing residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

“Good communication is one of the basic fundamentals of good management,” says LRC Wireless Safety Manager Michael Williams. “Letting your employees know what their job is, how to perform it, and evaluating their performance makes them better employees. Louisiana Radio Communications may be the founding name, but the geographic footprint and services provided by this long-standing, safety-focused company are no longer so simply summarized. For LRC Wireless workers, a normal part of operations includes performing a job safety analysis (JSA) before the job starts, holding toolbox talks on location, attending safety meetings, using stop work authority, and using all the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
