Getting accidents reported immediately is very important. LWCC offers you several quick, easy ways to report claims. We will take care of the filing requirements and deadlines with state or federal agencies on your behalf.

Complete this form, distributed by Louisiana Workforce Commission’s Office of Workers’ Compensation, to begin the claim reporting process.

If necessary, an LWCC claims service professional will call you within 24 hours to discuss the injury.

In September 2024, LWCC transitioned to a new payment system. If you utilize ACH debit block fraud protection, please provide your bank with Payee Code: 0000408976 prior to making a payment.

Where can I find my quote number?

New policyholders can locate their quote number on the proposal provided by their agent. Agents can also retrieve new policyholder quote numbers in CompZone+.

Policy Payments

For policyholders ready to make a payment on an invoice, please enter your policy number and the pay code found on your latest invoice.

Where can I find my policy number?

Policyholders can find their policy number at the top right-hand corner of their invoice, in their LWCC account, from their agent, or by calling LWCC. Agents can also retrieve policyholder numbers in CompZone+.

Where can I find my pay code?

Your pay code is located at the top right-hand corner of your invoice. You can access a copy of your invoice by logging into your LWCC account and navigating to Policy Info > Policy Documents.
