At LWCC, our commitment to delivering the highest level of care to injured workers remains unwavering. To enhance our services and streamline the billing process, we are excited to announce an important change in bill submissions. In doing so, we hope to improve outcomes, ensure timely payments, and simplify administrative tasks for medical providers, like you.
What’s Changing?
Effective 09/27/2023, LWCC will utilize a new billing address for paper HCFA, UB, and Dental bills. Please submit all forementioned with attached medical records related to the dates of service on the bills, including reconsiderations, for bill review to the following address:

You can also submit your medical bills and supporting documentation electronically through Jopari. Please visit www.jopari.com for more information and to sign up for electronic billing services.
