How do I check the status of a 1010?

According to the Utilization Review guidelines, LWCC has 5 business days to respond to a 1010. If you have not received a response within that allowed time, please reach out to our Medical Services team at 800-267-2410 or email lwccur@lwcc.com


Who is my patient's claim representative? 

You can reach out to our claims department at 800-267-2410 to find out who your patient's adjuster is. Please have their name, date of birth, social security number and claim number available. 


How do I check the status of my bill? 

If you are an OMNET provider or you submitted an e-bill, and it has been more than 30 days since you mailed in your bill, please call our office at 1-800-267-2410 and follow the prompts to our claims department.

 

If you are not an OMNET provider, and it has been more than 60 days since you mailed in your bill, please call our office at 1-800-267-2410 and follow the prompts to our claims department.



How can my patients get their prescription filled? 

Each injured worker receives a pharmacy card to use at hundreds of retail pharmacies across the state, where they can get their prescriptions filled while they wait.
