Commission Statement Updates

At LWCC, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the agent experience based on your feedback. One of these enhancements is LWCC has rolled out a newly designed commission statement for our agent partners. Organized in a much more user-friendly template, the new format provides all of your premium and commission bearing policy transactions for that month with all identifying information within one row. This allows you to quickly identify and easily reconcile your policy transactions, or if your agency management has the capability, facilitate an easy transaction import for your accounting entries.

Check out the following testimonial from one of our agent partners who participated in the new statement testing:

“Invoicing using the old LWCC commission statements used to take me 3 to 4 hours to complete every month. But now with the new design, I can import the transactions into our system in a matter of minutes. The new version of the statement is available in Interactive to authorized users for download in an easily printable PDF and downloadable as an excel XLSX file.

Please note we will no longer be mailing paper commission statements. All statement access will be directed to download from LWCC Interactive.

If the person in your agency that handles accounting does not have an account on LWCC Interactive, they can request one by completing the access request section on the direct deposit form.

EFT Payments

Did you know LWCC offers direct deposit commission payments using EFT or ACH? If your agency is still receiving mailed checks and want to receive your commission faster, you can set-up to receive your payments directly into your account!

Complete the Direct Deposit of Commission Payment form, it signed by the agency principal, attach a voided or canceled check and email to information@lwcc.com to be set up.
