BATON ROUGE, La., (October 8, 2026) – LWCC has been named one of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work for 2026, marking the seventh time the company has earned the recognition.
Headquartered in Baton Rouge, LWCC is Louisiana’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier, employing nearly 200 team members and providing coverage to roughly 18,000 Louisiana businesses.

To determine the honorees, Workforce Research Group conducted a two-part survey consisting of an employer assessment of policies and practices and an employee feedback survey to gather employees’ opinions of their workplace experience. The two data sets are then combined to determine the best workplaces in Baton Rouge.
