BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (October 1, 2025) – LWCC has been named one of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work for 2025. To determine the honorees, Workforce Research Group conducted a two-part survey consisting of an employer assessment of policies and practices and an employee feedback survey to gather employees’ opinions of their workplace experience. The two data sets are then combined to determine the best workplaces in Baton Rouge.
