BATON ROUGE, La. (July 6, 2010) -- Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation (LWCC) has promoted two of its longtime managers to director positions. Debra Taylor is now the Director of Human Resources, and Jill Breard is the Director of Risk Management Services Operations.
Taylor has worked at LWCC since 1992, when she was hired as Training Coordinator. She was subsequently promoted to Education and Training Coordinator, then Education and Training Manager. In 2000, Taylor received a promotion to Employment and Training Manager.
Taylor earned a B.S. degree in secondary education from Southern University and an M.A. degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
Breard joined LWCC in 1993 as a Claims Representative, then was promoted to Senior Claims Representative. She later held the positions of Rehabilitation Services Coordinator and Risk Management Services Operations Manager.
Breard obtained her B.S. degree in mathematics and psychology from Louisiana State University and her M.Ed. degree in community counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. She also maintains her license as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
