WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
A team player making it happen.

Shining Louisiana Loyal for All to See
While Jordan may be humble about the many ways he’s Louisiana Loyal, his contributions are clear to all who surround him. Those who know him comment readily on his willingness to always step up and help others, to work constantly to improve his own knowledge and skill, and to structure his decision making around achieving the better good for LWCC policyholders, agent partners, and the organization itself.
“I try to be Louisiana Loyal however I can,” says Jordan. “I do whatever is in my power to improve our state and make it the best home possible, both for myself and future generations.”
A Critical Component of the Workers’ Compensation Industry
As an Underwriter, Jordan plays an integral role in ensuring that organizations and their workers are protected with the right workers’ compensation coverage when it matters most. These LWCC team members impart vast industry knowledge while also offering unparalleled customer service. Their work is an invaluable part of the workers’ compensation industry. As Jordan puts it, “If an agency has a general Louisiana workers’ compensation question, they are likely calling an LWCC Underwriter.”
While LWCC may be the largest workers’ compensation provider in the state, it still manages to feel very much like a family. Combine that with the critical skills of underwriting and it’s a perfect match that benefits both sides of the table.
“LWCC has a small, close-knit vibe combined with extremely modern facilities and amenities,” says Jordan. “Underwriting is a nice combination of using both communication skills when working with agents and critical thinking skills to analyze risks.”
A Place to Grow
LWCC encourages continued professional development for every member of our organization and believes strongly in the value of promoting from within. We proudly congratulate Jordan on his new position at LWCC as a Business Analyst, where we know he will continue to excel as an invaluable member of the LWCC team.
UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT
Ensuring the Policy Fits the Need
A strong workers’ compensation policy requires the insight and in-depth knowledge of a skilled Underwriter. The Underwriting Team at LWCC works diligently to ensure that policies and premiums fit coverage needs. Their days consist of reviewing new business, renewals, endorsement requests, audits and other policy-related matters so that Louisiana workers and organizations can conduct their business with the confidence that they are fully protected.
