With a total square footage of 3,250, the LWCC fitness center is capable of improving the health of employees while emphasizing the goal of elevating Louisiana through a healthy lifestyle.
This state-of-the-art space is fully equipped with a power rack and weights, treadmills, upright and seated bikes, ellipticals, dual cable machines, free motion lifts, and other smaller exercise equipment.
LWCC’s corporate wellness program, LiveWell, utilizes the fitness center to emphasize the importance of physical wellness, one of the program's four pillars.
LWCC partners with Cooper Wellness Strategies to promote health and wellness amongst employees through educational fitness and nutritional lifestyle choices.
