LWCC Interactive is the password-protected portion of our website available to assist agency partners in servicing our mutual insureds. Registered users have 24-hour-a-day access to detailed policyholder information that is updated daily.
Here are some of Interactive’s most helpful tools:
Agency Dashboard
Receive daily updates on actions taking place on policy in your book of business, such as cancellation alerts, renewals, audits, reserve changes, safety recommendations, and updated E-mods.
Agent Manual
You can access LWCC’s agent manual online via LWCC Interactive.
Policy Documents
Located in the Policy Info section, agents can retrieve PDF versions of E-mod worksheets, policies, endorsements, audit statements, cancellation notices, invoices, etc.
Loss Runs (Claims Detail Reports)
This feature gives details of all claims reported to LWCC. It gives a breakdown of all payments made and shows the reserves that have been set on all open claims.
Commission Statements
Downloadable commission statements that can be easily formatted by accounting personnel for account reconciling.
Claims Reporting
Because claims reported late cost up to 45 percent more than those reported promptly, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to report a claim to us. To file a claim online, just complete the simple form and submit.
Claims Analysis
We know many of you serve in either an official or unofficial capacity as risk managers for your insureds. To assist you in this role, you can analyze claims by accident type, class code, day of week, age, occupation, experience level, and other criteria.
Policy Declaration Page
This feature allows you to view either the current or future policy declarations for each of your insureds.

CompZone+
As an LWCC agent, you will have access to CompZone+ when you register for LWCC Interactive. CompZone+ is LWCC’s online business center for agents, used for submitting new quotes and working renewal policies, as well as requesting endorsements on existing policies. CompZone+ is also where policies and endorsements are returned to the agent in the form of a PDF.
