Agency Council
The Agency Council is a collection of agency owners and executives from our most loyal partners who provide feedback on innovative ways to improve our working relationships as well as deliver insights into issues that are affecting the Louisiana workers’ compensation market as well as the commercial insurance landscape as a whole.
Service Enhancement Panel
The Service Enhancement Panel is made up of the key account managers, services coordinators and marketing specialists from our most dedicated agency partners. They offer suggestions on improving the customer experience--for both agents and our insureds--and feedback on current initiatives LWCC is considering.
The feedback LWCC receives from both the Agency Council and the Service Enhancement Panel often leads to improvements to processes and procedures that benefit all agency partners with whom we work.
