GOALS OF THIS GUIDE

This Safety Services resource is a powerful Learning Management System (LMS) that allows policyholders to select from an extensive catalog of content and deliver computer-based safety training and curriculum customized to the specific needs of your workplace.

As an LWCC policyholder you will be able to register as an administrative user then began to sign up personnel for safety training from a selection of over 1,000 courses. This training can be completed using computers or smartphones. In addition, policyholders will be able to track employee progress and obtain certificates of completion.

This valuable safety resource will allow policyholders to provide training or retraining for employees and key management personnel. The variety of courses available can assist in educating employees on safety topics during onboarding, orientation, initial training, and refresher training requirements.

The system easily tracks participants’ progress and success as well as offering tools to help you identify topics that need to be reinforced.

Step 1: Registration

Registration can be completed in a “self-serve” manner or with assistance from our Safety Services team:

  1. To register online, please fill out the form below. A company administrator will be created by providing the requested information on the registration form.
  2. To receive assistance with registration, please email safetyrep@lwcc.com

Step 2: Employee Enrollment

Once a company administrator is registered, you may begin enrolling employees to take safety courses for your organization. In additional to providing information on each employee, at this time you will also assign employees a username, password, and required safety course(s) to complete.

  1. To enroll your employees, please visit the AP Safety site using the link provided to the registered administrator and begin adding individual employees into the system and assign course.
  2. If a large group is being assigned at once, download the “Sample Employee Template” here. Fill out the template and upload into AP Safety site or return it to safetyrep@lwcc.com for assistance.
